Orders and delivery

Who actually ships my order?

The maker does. If your basket contains items from three different workshops you will get three parcels, often on different days. Each one is tracked separately.

How long does delivery take?

Most makers dispatch within two to four working days. Standard delivery is a further two to five days.

Do you ship internationally?

Some makers do. The product page shows which destinations that particular workshop ships to.

Returns

What is the returns window?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. No restocking fee.

Something arrived damaged.

Send a photo to support@nexora.test within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund without asking you to post it back.

Selling

What does it cost to sell here?

Commission of 10-15% on what you sell. No listing fee, no monthly fee.

When do I get paid?

Payouts run twice monthly for all orders marked complete and past their returns window.
