Dispatch

Each maker ships their own orders, so a multi-workshop basket arrives as separate parcels. Dispatch is normally two to four working days.

Rates

Standard delivery is calculated per maker at checkout. Orders over $150 from a single workshop ship free within the United States.

Returns

Thirty days, unused, original packaging, no restocking fee. Start a return from your account page and the maker will send instructions.

Faulty goods

Everything sold here carries a repair-first guarantee. If something fails in normal use, the maker repairs it. If it cannot be repaired, they replace it.
